Under the slogan 'Inhabiting uncertainty', alluding to the lack of certainty caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, Carolina Bonanic, a CeBiB researcher at the University of Santiago, participated in the tenth version of the meeting within the panel called 'Augmented Intelligence'. Her talk was titled “Fair Digital Markets in Times of Uncertainty”, where she showed community strategies that seek to adapt to changes, such as open dining rooms and the online purchase or sale of products and services through social networks; trust-based digital markets. Here she highlighted the impact of the “Yoi.cl” e- commerce projects that allows micro and small merchants to present their products online, in circumstances of confinement and economic uncertainty (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v = seNZhKRuOi8).
